OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’ve been building powerful yet simple diagnostic and customization tools for car lovers worldwide.
As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager who will help expand OBDeleven’s presence across international markets by building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, workshop networks, marketplaces, and strategic partners.
This role is about more than maintaining accounts. You’ll be responsible for growing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping drive the next stage of OBDeleven’s global expansion.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key B2B partners, distributors, resellers, marketplaces, and workshop networks
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions, partnership agreements, and business terms
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities across automotive, retail, workshop, fleet, and distribution channels
- Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and proactively address commercial or operational challenges
- Develop growth plans for strategic partners and lead regular business reviews
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Represent OBDeleven at meetings, trade shows, and industry events in international markets
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer support teams to drive partner success
We expect:
- 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management
- Proven experience managing strategic clients, distributors, or commercial partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
- Ability to grow existing accounts, not just maintain them
- Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, and business performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed
- Strong spoken and written English skills

Salary range
Gross salary from 2700 – 5800 EUR/Month, depending on your experience. Monthly performance-based bonuses are provided based on achieved results.
