OBDeleven makes car tech simple and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’ve been crafting powerful diagnostic and customization tools for car enthusiasts globally. Now, we’re looking for a Team Lead to grow and lead our Partnerships function and drive revenue through influencers, affiliates, and new partnership opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a high-impact Partnerships team, setting clear direction, performance standards, and mentoring team members.
- Define and execute the global partnerships strategy across Influencers, Affiliates, and emerging channels.
- Drive measurable revenue growth by establishing and expanding high-impact partnerships across key markets.
- Lead complex negotiations and close multi-market deals with strategic partners.
- Monitor partnerships performance, including revenue, ROI, and efficiency metrics.
- Use data and insights to optimize strategy, prioritize opportunities, and scale what works.
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, formats, and innovative partnership models.
What We Expect from You
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate, or influencer marketing, including team leadership.
- Proven track record of closing strategic deals and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing or mentoring small high-performing teams.
- Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing influencer or affiliate budgets across multiple markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of performance-driven creative, particularly within influencer and content-led partnerships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from strategy through execution.
- High standards, confident decision-making, and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Gross salary in a range: 4000-5400€ / month (depends on your experience)
