Our specific entities include Octopus Energy Retail, Kraken Technologies, Octopus Energy Generation, Kraken Flex, Octopus Electric Vehicles, Octopus Energy Services, Octopus Centre for Net Zero, OE for Business, and Octopus Electroverse. Octopus Energy Generation is one of Europe’s largest investors in renewables, managing over 400 wind and solar farms and other green generators. Octopus Energy Services installs low-carbon technologies like heat pumps, EV chargers, and smart meters. Octopus Electric Vehicles handles EV leasing, home charging, and smart green tariffs. Kraken Technologies is a cloud-based energy platform built on advanced data and machine learning, supporting over 50 million customer accounts globally. The Octopus Centre for Net Zero is a research hub for low-carbon energy transition. OE for Business supplies 100% green power to UK businesses, and Octopus Electroverse offers a public EV charging network. We’ve secured over a billion in funding from investors including Origin Energy, Tokyo Gas, CPP Investments, and Generation, co-chaired by Al Gore.
