In a typical day at OLX you will:
- Ensure efficiency & high quality of supported Accounts Receivable processes
- Accelerate value & make an impact by doing day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and process explanations
- Identify automation opportunities and participate in building digital agents (bots)
- Leverage AI tools to optimize data analysis and routine OtC tasks
- Issue invoices and invoice corrections in line with accounting and tax regulations
- Allocate incoming payments, carry out month end closing related activities
- Maintain customer master data and customer account
- Work collaboratively with different finance departments and sales teams
- Participate and contribute to projects carried out at the OLX Group
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable area
- Experience and understanding of the BPO/SSC market is a plus
- Solid accounting knowledge or the Accounts Receivable process knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Mature attitude towards challenges and problem-solving
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Literacy in SAP and Excel
