At MarTech, we build and implement products that power customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the entire customer lifecycle. Our systems enable marketing and product teams to reach, understand, and re-engage hundreds of millions of users through paid acquisition, lifecycle messaging, and data-driven personalization.

One of our key unique products you will be working with is a set of proprietary data models that optimize acquisition for paid marketing. This role will also be responsible for evolving OLX’s Marketing Technology ecosystem across performance marketing, lifecycle engagement, and AI-driven marketing optimization. It sits at the intersection of performance marketing optimization and the broader MarTech ecosystem.

As our product ecosystem reaches maturity, we are shifting from a “build” phase to an “intelligent optimization” phase. We are looking for a strategic leader to reimagine how marketing functions in a future dominated by AI agents and automated sponsored ad ecosystems.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the performance marketing team and leadership to drive the overall product strategy for MarTech acquisition products across the EU. This is a strategic role focused on the “Big Picture,” moving away from traditional backlog management to high-level organizational influence.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategic Optimization: Identify new growth and efficiency opportunities across mature MarTech products in high-traffic environments, improving acquisition performance, engagement effectiveness, and cross-channel marketing efficiency
  • Future-Proofing Performance Marketing: Define the roadmap for how our systems will work in an era of AI agents , including leveling up our internal AI agents for analysing performance
  • Data Architecture Leadership: Deeply understand data engineering and machine learning models to ensure our data products remain a competitive advantage.
  • MarTech ecosystem strategy : Work closely with an additional MarTech PM to define the narrative and deliver the bigger strategy of our products which includes paid acquisition , engagement and communication platforms.
  • Organizational Influence: Set OKRs, goals, and North Star metrics that impact critical business KPIs.

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ Years of PM Experience: Proven track record in e-commerce or high-growth tech, with a focus on acquisition and growth.
  • Strategic Maturity: Comfortable zooming out to look at the entire customer journey and presenting complex strategic stories to C-level stakeholders.
  • Data & Engineering Fluency: Very knowledgeable on usage, understanding of data , ML models and being able to interpret statistics.
  • AI proficiency: Designing products to solve complex problems deriving by AI
  • Performance Marketing Expert: Deep understanding of Google Ads, Search, incrementality testing, and emerging agentic workflows in the ad space.
  • Senior Leadership: Expected to take on additional scope, mentor other PMs, and build consensus across different regions.
  • MarTech tools experience: Experience working with marketing technologies such as CRM systems, lifecycle messaging platforms, CDPs, attribution systems, or marketing automation tools.
