You’ll also join a shift toward AI-first product development. From rapid prototyping with UI generators to building problem-focused agents and conducting synthetic user testing, AI is becoming our daily standard. As a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, you will work closely with the Real Estate category leadership to drive your domain towards the broader business & product strategy. You will also provide leadership to the cross-functional team through establishing and maintaining clear product vision, success metrics and product roadmap. This is a strategic role focused on the “Big Picture,” moving away from traditional backlog management to high-level organizational influence.
What you will be doing
Domain Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the Wallet domain’s vision. You will align your roadmap with the Real Estate Category to drive seamless, value-based business growth.
Lean Product Validation: Build business cases by rapidly validating high-impact prototypes using AI-driven tools at minimal cost. You will prioritize investments that effectively balance immediate revenue extraction with long-term ecosystem health.
Driving Measurable Impact: Take full ownership of critical KPIs including revenue performance, product adoption, and customer effort.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relations with Real Estate leadership, establish partnerships with neighbouring domains in order to efficiently navigate complex cross-domain trade-offs.
AI-Driven Product Craft: spread good practices and enable others in ways to improve product development life cycle through AI
Organizational Impact: Set OKRs, goals, and North Star metrics that impact critical business KPIs
What we are looking for
5+ years of PM Experience: Proven track record in classifieds, e-commerce or high-growth tech.
Strategic Maturity: Comfortable zooming out to look at the entire customer journey and presenting complex strategic stories to C-level stakeholders.
Data, Engineering, Design Fluency: Very knowledgeable on product metrics, understanding of data, UX patterns & best practices.
AI proficiency: Designing workflows to solve complex problems with AI, from problem statement, through visual prototype to rapid validation and business case proposal.
Senior Leadership: Expected to take on additional scope including several multi-team initiatives in a year, mentor other PMs, and build consensus across different teams.
Monetization experience is a plus.
Location details
This role can be based in the following locations: Spain (remote or Barcelona), Poland (remote, Warsaw, or Poznań), Portugal (remote or Lisbon). Please note that OLX does not offer relocation support for this position. We will only consider candidates who are currently based in one of the listed locations. However, if you already have the right to work in one of these countries, we’re happy to support you with any local visa transfer process.
