The Influencer Marketing Manager role at Omnisend is a pivotal position that blends creativity with strategic planning. This position requires an understanding of content creation, influencer dynamics, and performance analysis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, particularly influencer marketing, and have a knack for building and nurturing relationships. As a member of the Affiliate&Influencer Marketing team, you’ll work closely with Youtube/Instagram/Linkedin/X (Twitter) influencers to create high-quality content that aligns with Omnisend’s brand values and goals.
What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on engaging Youtube/Instagram/Linkedin/X (Twitter) influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers in relevant niches, ensuring alignment with Omnisend’s brand and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, authentic content that resonates with their audience while promoting Omnisend’s offerings
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize ongoing and future influencer collaborations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Comms&Creative, Digital Advertising, Product, etc.) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually refine and innovate our approach
We expect that you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a focus on Youtube/Instagram/Linkedin/X (Twitter), or in a related marketing role
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and partnerships from inception to execution
- Strong understanding of content creation processes and influencer dynamics on YouTube/Instagram/Linkedin/X (Twitter)
- Experience with campaign tracking, performance metrics, and data analysis to inform decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with influencers and internal teams
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
