PMO / Senior Project Manager – Crypto Casino Platform (Confidential)
About the Company
We are supporting a confidential, fast-growing iGaming company operating at the intersection of technology, gaming, and innovation.
The company is building a next-generation crypto casino, currently in an advanced pre-launch / beta phase, with an ambitious go-to-market roadmap.
This is a high-impact execution role within a lean, senior team, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure a successful launch and scale-up.
The Role
We are looking for a PMO / Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery, execution, and coordination across multiple technical and product streams.
This role is not product strategy — it is 100% execution-focused, hands-on, and delivery-driven.
You will act as the central point of coordination between engineering, product, payments, and leadership, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are actively managed through to launch.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end project delivery from pre-launch through go-live
• Define and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams:
• Engineering (frontend, backend, platform)
• Product
• Payments / Integrations
• Drive execution across:
• Platform delivery
• Wallet / payment integrations
• Third-party provider integrations
• Identify risks, blockers, and delivery gaps early, and proactively resolve them
• Maintain clear visibility and reporting for leadership
• Ensure readiness for beta and public launch
• Support post-launch stabilization and iteration
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience as a PMO / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager
• Strong background in iGaming platforms or iGaming providers (casino, sportsbook, payments, RGS, platforms)
• Proven experience working in pre-launch or high-growth environments
• Highly execution-oriented, detail-driven, and structured
• Comfortable working directly with technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English (mandatory)
Technical & Tooling Mindset
We are particularly interested in candidates who are:
• Tech- and automation-driven
• Comfortable with modern tools such as:
• Linear, Jira, Notion, Confluence
• Automation tools (e.g. n8n or similar)
• Able to structure workflows, documentation, and reporting efficiently
• Data-aware and process-oriented
Nice to Have
• Experience with crypto-friendly platforms, wallets, or alternative payments
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation-first environments
Work Conditions
• Contractor role
• Paid in USD
• Fully remote – candidates can be based anywhere
• Working hours aligned with Central Time (CT)
