We started Pallet in 2019, originally describing ourselves as a search firm for tech and business communities. Today, we are an AI-powered logistics startup. We build and deploy an AI Agents platform for Fortune 500 logistics companies. Our platform helps these companies implement AI agents to automate workflows, integrate their systems, and handle complex scenarios, ultimately boosting their return on investment. We are focused on rapid growth and achieving $100M in annual recurring revenue.

Our team currently has 11-50 employees. We work in a fast-paced setting that values independent work and close collaboration. Senior employees often work directly with founders and executives, influencing our go-to-market and sales strategies. We encourage using AI tools like Claude and Cursor. Our culture emphasizes making a quick impact, taking ownership, and offering strong opportunities for growth, including internal promotions. You can work remotely with some travel, or from our offices in San Francisco or New York.
