We develop software to modernize parking management at multi-family buildings and offices. Our platform lets property managers digitally lease parking spots to residents, guests, and employees through a dedicated app. We integrate with existing Property Management Systems (PMS) to automate reservations, payments, enforcement, and gate access.

Our solution handles payments, assigns parking spots, and makes reservations easy for residents. It also supports secure guest parking; tenants can invite guests to reserve idle spots for short-term use directly through the app.

Our app also allows mobile enforcement. Staff, security, or resident volunteers can check for unauthorized vehicles and submit reports. We provide custom rules for short-term and long-term parking, including daily/monthly limits and pricing across unit types. The system integrates with existing gate systems, giving access to tenants with active reservations. For enforcement, we automate problem reporting and offer customer support, including calling for towing services. The system can also generate short-term parking revenue by letting tenants, guests, or the public reserve idle spots. For example, Anton Menlo saw a 92% decrease in parking violations after implementing our system.

Our mission is to create a more livable, affordable, and mobile world with fewer parking spots. We aim to make housing and offices more affordable by enabling less parking to be built, transforming how parking functions in private buildings.
