We develop a post-transformer model that adapts and thinks like humans. This architecture helps enterprises understand how their models operate. We combine this model with a data processing engine.

We also offer a Python ETL framework for stream processing, real-time analytics, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines. This framework supports massively parallel post-Transformer reasoning. Our architecture, called BDH, aims for generalization over time. We work in artificial intelligence, data processing, LLMs, and models. Our users include organizations like NATO, La Poste, and Formula 1 racing teams.

Our mission is to change how models think by understanding the ‘why, how, and what’ behind their operations. We focus on AI research, particularly developing a post-transformer model that generalizes over time.

Our goals include building a platform that speeds up model training, shipping, and iteration. We also aim to deliver end-to-end ML/AI pipelines that help prototype, evaluate, and productionize machine learning solutions for enterprise data.

Pathway has 11-50 employees. The leadership team includes co-founder and CEO Zuzanna Stamirowska, CTO Jan Chorowski, and CSO Adrian Kosowski. This team has developed AI tooling with 62,000 stars on Github. Zuzanna Stamirowska, a former researcher at the Institute of Complex Systems of Paris, is known for her work on emergent behavior in dynamic networks. Jan Chorowski is recognized for applying attention to speech and co-authoring with Geoff Hinton. Adrian Kosowski is a theoretical computer scientist and mathematician with over 100 scientific papers.

Pathway has an inclusive culture and is a remote-first startup with team members worldwide. Employees can collaborate at offices in Palo Alto, Paris, and Wroclaw. We also provide an Employee Stock Option Plan. Our competitive base salaries are determined by an employee’s profile and location. Bonuses are possible for client project work.
