We were founded in 2014 by Grant Bowen. We are an owner’s representative firm in construction, with 51-200 employees.
We specialize in high-end residential, custom residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
We offer project oversight, strategic guidance, and client advocacy nationwide. Our services include real estate advisory, covering land acquisition, feasibility analysis, site inspections, and preliminary budget and schedule preparation. We also provide client representation, which involves goal setting, pre-planning, team formation, design and construction management, and finding solutions for project challenges.
We manage projects across North America, with a presence in Northern California + Pacific Northwest, Southwest + Hawaii, Mountain West, Northeast, and Florida. We are also equipped to manage projects globally.
