Physical Therapy & Hand Specialist

We operate outpatient physical therapy clinics as part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, a national provider of outpatient physical therapy services in the United States. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and hand therapy services. Our focus is on excellent patient care, ongoing clinician education, and community involvement. We combine local expertise with Upstream Rehabilitation’s educational and clinical resources.

Our operations cover patient intake, scheduling, and practice management across our clinics. We also manage revenue cycles, including accounts receivable for various payers like Medicaid, Medicare Advantage Plans, Veterans Administration, and Tricare. Other functions include provider credentialing for medical providers within networks such as Benchmark Rehab Partners, recruiting for non-clinical and high-volume roles, and building strategic partnerships to expand our referral networks. Our success depends on hiring therapists with strong academic and clinical skills, excellent customer service, and developing a robust local and regional presence. We operate in the Wellness and Fitness Services industry.
