We provide solutions to banks and financial institutions to help them deepen customer relationships and increase lifetime value. We offer access to consumer income data. Our digital deposit switch solutions, Pinwheel PreMatch and Pinwheel Prime, offer a credential-less experience to improve conversion rates. We also offer income verification, employment verification, and earned wage access. Our Connected Accounts provide data on employment, income, direct deposit allocations, and external payment sources, helping institutions understand customer financial lives.

Our platform integrates with payroll providers, covering 100% of the U.S. payroll population. By 2022, automated switch coverage was 85%, with a Forms feature covering the remaining 15%.

Pinwheel was founded in 2018 by Anish Basu, Curtis Lee, and Kurt Lin. To date, we’ve processed $10 billion in deposits and completed 10 million transactions, raising over $77 million in funding. Institutions like Acorns, Credit Karma, and Money Lion use our solutions.
