Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley

Pasadena residents founded us in 1933. We are an affiliate of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), which sets medical standards for all its affiliates. We provide low-to-no-cost sexual and reproductive health care.

We serve Northeast Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley, with centers in Alhambra, Baldwin Park, Glendora, Highland Park, and Pasadena. We also offer telehealth appointments. Our service area covers cities like Altadena, Arcadia, Azusa, Bradbury, Duarte, Eagle Rock, Glendale, Irwindale, La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Montrose, Mt. Wilson, San Gabriel, San Marino, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena, and Temple City.

Our services include birth control, STD testing, and general sexual and reproductive health care. We handle over 60,000 patient visits annually and provide more than 15,000 sex and relationship education sessions in local schools and colleges.

We accept various insurance plans, offer flexible payment options, and help patients enroll in financial assistance programs, including Medi-Cal. Patients can schedule same-day appointments online, by phone, or through walk-ins. They can also use our patient portal to manage appointments, refill prescriptions, and view lab results.

We employ between 51 and 200 individuals. Our leadership team includes a President & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, VP of Patient Services, VP of Development, VP of HR & Administration, and VP of Advocacy & Equity. We also have a Board of Directors, which for 2025-2026 includes a Board Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and additional members.
