We founded Point in 2015 to create a home equity platform that makes homeownership more valuable and accessible.

Our main product is the Home Equity Investment (HEI). It lets homeowners access their home equity to pay off debt, manage financial difficulties, or diversify their wealth without increasing their monthly mortgage payments. Investors can also use the HEI to invest in owner-occupied residential real estate.

Our work involves cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, customer experience, sales, underwriting, and funding. We have offices in Palo Alto, CA (our headquarters) and Manila, with a new office planned for Las Vegas.

Our main goal at Point is to make homeownership more valuable and accessible. We aim to improve developer productivity and use AI to help with our development processes. We’re dedicated to fostering a culture of quality throughout the company and supporting our sales efforts by providing excellent homeowner assistance.
