Reporting to the Head of Data Enablement, you will translate strategy into execution, working across product, engineering, and business teams to enable self-serve analytics, trusted data foundations, and AI-driven use cases. Your focus: drive adoption, improve data usability, and enable confident decision-making and innovation.
The Role
- Drive execution of SEEK’s Data Enablement strategy into measurable initiatives
- Shape solutions that improve data discoverability, usability, and trust
- Design capabilities like data discovery tools, metadata frameworks, semantic layers, and glossaries
- Strengthen data ownership, stewardship, and “data as a product” practices with domain teams
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve data health, accessibility, and user experience
- Support adoption of metadata, quality, and lifecycle controls with governance partners
- Drive data literacy by uplifting skills across analyst and product communities
- Lead through influence in a federated model, aligning stakeholders and driving change
Your work enables faster, safer, more effective use of data across SEEK — powering decision-making and next-gen AI.

- Experience improving data discoverability, metadata, or self-serve analytics at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to prioritise by value and drive execution through distributed teams
Nice to have:
- Experience in product-led or platform organisations
- Familiarity with data governance or data risk practices
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases where data foundations are critical
- Experience scaling self-serve data platforms or “data as a product”
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with passion for improving data use
