Established in 1999, we are a reimbursement firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. We specialize in revenue cycle management for home-based care providers, including HME (Home Medical Equipment), infusion, pharmacy, home health, and hospice. Our services include HME and DME billing, infusion pharmacy reimbursement, pharmacy reimbursement, and home health & hospice revenue cycle management. We use AI-driven tools and analytics to support our operations. Our U.S.-led, wholly owned offshore team serves national HME and pharmacy providers, as well as health systems. Our work involves coordinating remote billing and collections across various payer groups, managing cash flow, reducing bad debt, and ensuring compliance with regulations and contracts. We also onboard new clients and implement new processes, collaborating with client teams, IT, operations, regulatory compliance, and account management.

We employ between 1,001 and 5,000 individuals. Our U.S.-led, wholly owned offshore team emphasizes collaboration and coordination between domestic and offshore operations. Our work environment supports whole-team training and process improvement, aiming to maximize client cash flow and reduce bad debt. Employees in some roles provide strategic input, train new staff, and manage projects.
