Role Overview
PropLogix participates in more than 30 industry events each year and hosts customer events across the country.
The Events & Industry Relationships Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing these programs to ensure PropLogix maintains a strong and professional presence in the market. While the role is largely remote, we do need support for working locally to manage our swag items, sending client gifts, and traveling occasionally to key events.
This role combines e vent logistics, partner coordination, and relationship-driven marketing. Success in this role means events run smoothly, partners enjoy working with us, and customers leave with a positive impression of the PropLogix brand.

Key Responsibilities
Industry Conferences & Trade Shows
Coordinate PropLogix participation in conferences and trade shows nationwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the annual calendar of industry conferences and trade shows
- Coordinate sponsorship agreements and event registrations
- Manage booth logistics, materials, shipping, and setup requirements
- Track event budgets, invoices, and sponsorship costs
- Coordinate with sales teams attending events to support customer engagement
- Attend select events to support logistics and capture photos or videos for marketing
PropLogix Hosted Events
Plan and execute events hosted by PropLogix for customers, partners, and prospects.
Examples may include:
- customer appreciation events
- partner events
- industry meetups
- small educational or networking events
Responsibilities include:
- venue and vendor coordination
- guest invitations and attendance tracking
- event logistics and setup
- coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Customer Gifting & Relationship Programs
Support customer relationship initiatives that help strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage inventory of swag, print materials, and event collateral
- Coordinate customer gifting programs and quarterly campaigns
- Assemble gifting packages for sales teams to distribute to key customers
- Support special recognition initiatives for high-value clients
Event Operations & Organization
Maintain the systems and organization required to keep events running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain event timelines and planning checklists
- Coordinate vendors and manage invoices
- Track event performance and gather feedback
- Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies

3+ years of experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, or professional events
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Comfortable building relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
Ability to assist with hands-on event logistics when needed (including lifting event materials up to 40 lbs)
The ability to travel up to 5% of the time or to at least 3-4 shows/conferences a year, some out of state
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Experience working in B2B industries, associations, or professional services
- Experience coordinating sponsorships or industry partnerships

- This role is Exempt and not eligible for overtime. The starting annual salary is $60,000.
