We were founded in 2021 and develop software for aesthetic and wellness clinics, including medspas, plastic surgeons, and cosmetic dermatologists.

Our all-in-one platform integrates various tools to manage the entire patient journey, prioritizing growth, simplicity, and security. Key features include patient management with integrated CRM and EMR, smart scheduling, digital intake forms, various payment options (card present, virtual, client-facing links), and client communication via email and text. For client growth, we offer lead capture from websites and social media, HIPAA-compliant email and SMS marketing automation, direct social media posting, and review management. We support business operations with a task management system, real-time practice analytics for financials and operations, and automated membership management. The cloud-based platform is HIPAA compliant to ensure data security. We also use AI to improve the user experience and the platform’s insights.

Our mission is to enable aesthetic medicine practitioners to efficiently attract, serve, and retain the growing population of aesthetics patients in the United States. We aim to provide a modern toolkit that supports the entire patient journey, so plastic surgeons, cosmetic dermatologists, and med spas can run successful, profitable practices and provide excellent patient experiences.
