What You’ll Do
CloudOps Engineer
Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:
- Support Protera end customer infrastructure (VMware, Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Respond to product escalations and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Monitor cloud environments and ensure maximum system uptime.
- Participate in patch management, OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and operate in a global 24x7 environment.
What You Bring
We’re all about skills, attitude, and passion. You’re a great fit if you have:
Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix administration.
Familiarity with VMware and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Experience with Network Protocols, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, FTP, Group Policy and IIS.
Basic networking and troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
Monitor and analyze system logs and RCA.
Bonus: Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python), experience with ServiceNow, LogicMon, and Elastic Search.
