About the role:
We are looking for a technical recruiter for augmenting our hiring efforts in India. As IT recruiter you will be looking after the entire end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline management and closure as per the recruitment plan. The role involves 70% Recruitment and 30% Operations activities.
Responsibilities:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Preparing the hiring plan as per the budget and approved positions through RRFs(Recruitment Requisition Form)
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Initiating in-take meetings with hiring managers to understand the open positions to prepare the job description
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Managing the job posting on various platforms and proactively working on the priority positions
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Attracting candidates through various channels like hiring platforms, social media, and professional networks
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Creating innovative approaches like Job posters, Ad campaigns etc to increase applications
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Working on certain employer branding activities to increase the visibility of Job posts
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through various strategies.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Reviewing resumes, screening candidates through daily recruitment trackers
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers and maintaining the feedback.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Maintaining the data integrity on application tracking systems
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate with agencies as needed.
Qualification required:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Bachelorโs degree required (MBA in HR preferred)
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย 4+ years of experience in recruitment, pipeline management in small to medium size IT company. Experience in start-up or high growth companies is preferred.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Good understanding of technical skill sets
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Working knowledge and understanding of hiring platforms like Naukri, Monster, hirist, LinkedIn Recruiter
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Understanding and knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office
Must have skills:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Knowledge of any ATS (Application tracking system)
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to complete open positions on time and within the stated budget.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Highly efficient in headhunting for niche skills
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent organization, time-management, and leadership skills
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
