What You’ll Do
- Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Accounting Hub Cloud Service.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, and perform fit-gap assessments to define future-state finance processes.
- Design and govern enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and end-to-end finance solutions.
- Partner with finance and technology teams to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle leading practices.
- Support implementation activities including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and solution governance.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience serving as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.
- 8-12+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
- Strong knowledge of finance and project accounting processes, including:
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Project Financial Management
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, defining target-state solutions, and supporting governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating functional specifications and validating end-to-end business solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of enterprise finance transformation initiatives and best-practice process design.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
