Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and resolve routine customer concerns and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Effectively escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member, providing all necessary context.
- Maintain a consistently professional, courteous, and empathetic tone in all written communications with customers.
- Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for customer service and data privacy.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer support quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to ensure accurate information delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficiency in verbal communication, enabling clear and concise explanations.
- Solid basic computer skills, including familiarity with web browsers, email, and common office software.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in responses and documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to help others.
- Previous customer-service experience is highly preferred but not strictly required, as comprehensive paid training will be provided.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Additional Information
Fracture Diagnostics International offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $22 to $36, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
