Job Description
Role: Sr Technical Writer
Experience Level: 8 to 14 yrs
Shift Timing: 1 pm to 10 pm IST
Shift Days: Sunday to Thursday
Role Summary
Produce accurate, developer- and operator-friendly CMP documentation: API specs, runbooks, onboarding, and ADRs—aligned with docs-as-code.
Key Responsibilities
·Maintain API docs (OpenAPI), SDK examples, and usage guides.
·Document architecture, ADRs, operational playbooks/runbooks.
·Write release notes and UI help; enforce doc standards and versioning.
Required Skills
·Technical writing for developer platforms; Markdown/docs-as-code.
·Read code (Python/TypeScript) and interpret API contracts.
·Private cloud operational models (IaaS/PaaS/DBaaS, networking, IAM/PAM).
·Document PostgreSQL/MS SQL operational procedures.
KPIs / Success Measures
Documentation completeness/accuracy, onboarding time reduction, support deflection.
