We founded Ralph Management GmbH in Berlin in 2022. We provide modern property management for condominium owners’ associations (WEG) and handle tenant administration for residential units across Germany. We use our own software, automation, and AI, combined with experienced property managers, to offer property owners a fast, transparent, and professional experience.Our services include timely annual accounting statements, local on-site expertise, and a WhatsApp service for quick communication. We aim to resolve 80% of all inquiries within 24 hours. Our network includes trusted utility contractors, banks, insurers, lawyers, and over 500 local service providers for maintenance and repairs.Our approach empowers property managers with technology, giving them more time for direct customer interaction. Each property has a dedicated, certified local manager who is directly accessible and conducts regular inspections. We also have internal architects, technicians, and legal counsel to support complex cases. Our 360° portal gives property owners live insight into ongoing processes, financial records, and documents like contracts and invoices, making ledger reviews transparent. We conduct owner meetings in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online participation.We currently manage over 6,000 units across more than 200 properties, serving over 10,000 users and processing more than 100,000 tickets. Our team consists of over 45 employees. Our WEG administration service starts at approximately 26.99 EUR per unit monthly, with potential savings for larger properties. We offer flexible contract terms that can be terminated at any time.
