We are a nonprofit that provides computing education programs. We design, deliver, and improve these programs for K-12 schools, districts, and community groups.

Our initiatives include Code Clubs, the Computing Curriculum, educator development, AI education, and the Coolest Projects showcase. These programs help educators, schools, and community partners from their first steps to long-term use.

We operate nationally in the US, with teams in Metro-Atlanta, Twin Cities, MN, and New York City, and also in Canada. We also have a team in Kenya, managing programs in schools and communities. We work with NGOs, government bodies, schools, and community groups to deliver our programs.

We are a mission-driven nonprofit. We are committed to educational equity and access, working to expand high-quality computing education.

We offer paid time off:

• US: 15 days, plus 3 for year-end closure.
• Kenya: 21 days, plus 3 for year-end closure.

Retirement savings:

• US: 401k with a 100% match on the first 5% of contributions.
• Kenya: Pension scheme with an 8% employer contribution (on top of a minimum 4% employee contribution).

Private healthcare:

• US: United Healthcare and Guardian cover employees and dependents, including dental and vision.
• Kenya: CIC insurance covers employees, legal spouses, and up to three dependents, including dental and vision.
