Position Overview
As Product Owner for the Home & Pix no Cartão de Crédito squad, you will own two of RecargaPay’s most strategic surfaces: the App Home — primary entry point for millions of users and main driver of discovery, activation, and cross-sell — and Pix no Cartão de Crédito, our flagship product enabling Pix payments via credit card with installment options, one of our top bets for TPV growth in 2026.
You will set the product vision, lead discovery, own the backlog, and ship features that move metrics — working hands-on with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders. This role demands someone who operates fluidly between strategy and execution, thrives in fast product cycles, and is relentlessly outcome-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the product roadmap for App Home and Pix no Crédito, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
Define, track, and communicate core KPIs (TPV, activation, conversion, cross-sell), using data to prioritize and demonstrate impact.
Drive A/B tests, feature flag rollouts, and phased releases to ensure safe, measurable delivery.
Lead continuous discovery through user research, behavioral data analysis, and rapid hypothesis validation.
Write sharp user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs that keep engineering moving with confidence.
Collaborate with Payments, Journey and Checkout squads to ensure cohesive integrations and a seamless user experience.
Represent the product in leadership forums, communicating priorities, risks, and results with clarity and conviction.
Identify and remove cross-team dependencies, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and business strategy.
Strong business acumen with a track record of working with KPIs and business analysis
Proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision making
Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
Comfortable leveraging AI tools in day-to-day product work
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, product-led environments
