Since our founding in Chicago, IL in 1998, we’ve delivered IT Transformation and Cybersecurity Services to private equity and enterprise organizations. Our approach aims to create “Quiet IT” by providing IT solutions across advisory, execution, and management.

We focus on mid-market, private equity, and enterprise clients, and we have expertise in securing complex environments for highly regulated sectors like healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.

In 2024, we acquired ScaleSec to expand our cybersecurity capabilities in cloud security, governance risk and compliance (GRC), and identity and access management solutions. The same year, we received private equity investment from Post Capital Partners LLC to support our growth strategy. We have over 140 employees nationwide, process 200 million security events daily, and manage more than 250 private equity transactions annually.
