Job Description
At Ryz Labs, we are looking for a Product Manager to join one of our clients, a health company. You will streamline patient journeys by translating clinical needs into technical requirements, managing Jira workflows, and optimizing CRM systems. You’ll operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the execution of health-tech features from high-level roadmaps to final delivery.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a Product Management role
Strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Jira for task management
Experience working with consumer-facing products, preferably within the healthcare or medical device space
Previous experience with CRM, Communications platforms, or customer support programs is highly preferred
Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling multiple priorities under tight timeframes
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple cross-functional teams
Independent, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a startup environment and can self-prioritize and thrive with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Support the definition, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and systems to improve task management and patient communications
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., patient support, operations, clinical teams) to identify needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
Help drive execution of product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with patient experience goals
Provide general assistance and project-based support for the development and maintenance of mental health product offerings
Analyze how back-end workflows and process changes directly impact and improve the end-to-end patient journey
Build both high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans that keep stakeholders informed of project progress
Partner with cross functional teams to develop, test, and deliver high quality products and features that meet the needs of both internal users and our end users
