Our products include a unified API that works with different manufacturer APIs, SDKs for development, embedded UI components for device management, and authentication flows to connect third-party device accounts. We also provide a Customer Portal with prebuilt UI for end users to connect and monitor devices, along with Automation Workflows for tasks like syncing access with reservations or managing climate. You can also use our connectors to integrate directly with property management systems (PMS) and other industry platforms.

We allow you to automate actions such as issuing mobile keys, generating time-limited codes, adjusting climate, and syncing reservations without building custom workflows. Our solution works with over 1,000 smart devices from more than 30 brands. We power software in sectors like short-term rentals, hospitality, multifamily, commercial real estate, fitness, education, and smart homes. Our platform handles over 25 million operations each month across more than 1,000 supported device models and is used by over 1,000 companies, with 100,000 devices now connected in over 55 countries.

Our mission is to “Build the API to the Physical World.” We want to create the digital and physical infrastructure that helps developers and businesses connect applications with IoT devices and manage them. We tackle the issue of fragmented device protocols and the complexity of integrating these devices with third-party software applications.
