The Role:
An exciting role has arisen within our incredible Digital & eCommerce team as eCommerce Specialist! you will be instrumental in the day to day trade of the Showpo website and will work closely across the business with Product, Operations and Marketing - ensuring a 360 seamless web journey to drive conversion in a brand led environment.
Working directly with our eCommerce Trading Manager you will be analysing eCommerce trade metrics for informed decision making and driving growth through strategy while retaining a customer lens to engage the Showpo community.

Day to day, you will:

Monitor key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, revenue) and take proactive action to improve performance, including coming up with hypotheses for testing

Alert the wider team of any abnormalities and actively work to problem solve/troubleshoot

Keep the customer lens front of mind throughout trade actions, supporting customer retention strategy

Work closely with our Marketing Team to ensure all initiatives are aligned and achievable from an Ecommerce capacity

Updating content within Shopify and our CMS systems to ensure accurate and tailored trend based content
-
Homepage and asset flips inline with new launches and sales periods
-
Participate in monthly trend planning sessions to guide product placement, and go-live timings
-
Implement SEO recommendations, namely product population and content
-
Oversee Shopify backend management in collaboration with the Ecommerce Trading Manager

Be a specialist within our tech stack - such as Shopify, Nosto, Sanity and Hydrogen.

Work alongside the digital team to manage external agencies across SEO and development
Who are you?
-
Genuine understanding and passion for fashion
-
2+ years working with Shopify
-
Experience working across multiple markets (AU, US, UK)
-
Experience using Google Suite or similar
-
Proven experience working in a high performing, fast paced digital team
-
Previous experience driving growth in emerging markets, acutely tailored to localisation
