We are a shipping services group founded in 2014, with offices in London and Athens. We offer commercial ship management for Aframax class oil tankers and Product Tankers (MR) through Signal Maritime Services, combining traditional shipping with data analytics.

We also develop and invest in new shipping software. Our technology division, Signal Ocean, built the Signal Ocean Platform. This platform helps charterers, brokers, and shipowners manage complex private and public shipping data using machine learning and AI. Signal Ventures handles our strategic investments in advanced software for the shipping and oil industries, such as OilX. We have 51-200 employees.

Our executive team has over 65 years of combined experience in ship management.

We use applied science and technology to innovate in shipping and commodities trading. We value our deep industry expertise, respect the existing market structure (brokers, charterers, and owners), use technology to solve problems, and collaborate with partners.
