We build technology for online invitations, digital greeting cards, group videos, and shared albums. Our goal is to connect people and help them express care.

Our brands include Punchbowl (online invitations and digital greeting cards), Lovebird (wedding communication and guest management), Timehop (digital nostalgia, helping users revisit old photos and posts), and Memento (group videos and shared photo albums).

Since our incorporation on April 11, 2006, Punchbowl has processed over 325 million invitations and cards. Timehop helps users relive 125 million memories daily, and Memento has collected over 15 million memories.

Our purpose is to develop technology that connects people and helps them express care. We believe everyone deserves the chance to celebrate milestones and remember special moments. This belief guides the Sincere Foundation, which gives grants to organizations that address basic needs. The Foundation has awarded $1 million to 56 organizations over three years.

We prioritize good design, believing that well-made, easy-to-use products with attention to detail are key to our success. We aim to solve customer problems through innovation.
