We are a technology company founded in 2001, now part of Bright Horizons. We run a digital platform that connects families with local care providers. This includes services like child care, senior care, pet care, special needs care, tutoring, and babysitting.

Families can post jobs detailing their specific needs. Sitters can then apply with their qualifications, and users can message their preferred matches directly. Sitter profiles on our platform include information on their experience, certifications, and parent reviews. We also provide identity verification and background check badges.

We offer tools for purchasing background checks, identity verification, fraud prevention, and other safety screenings. We’ve collected 140,000 5-star parent reviews.

Our main goal is to connect families with high-quality, trustworthy child care providers. We believe a great sitter can profoundly impact a child’s life, and we’re dedicated to making that connection easier and more reliable for everyone.

We’re a team of 51-200 people, including engineers, designers, and customer experts. Many of us are parents too. We strive to create an innovative and fun environment where everyone feels encouraged.
