Spees, LLC (DBA Spees Design Build)

We are a CVE-Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), established in 2014 and operating as Spees, LLC. We provide architectural and engineering services to federal agencies nationwide, including VA hospitals, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Defense facilities. We use a Lean Integrated Design Approach, focusing on client needs and constructability to minimize changes, reduce costs, and accelerate project timelines.

We offer architectural design, project management, and various engineering disciplines. Our in-house electrical engineering department has completed VA EHRM projects nationwide. Our mechanical engineers incorporate design standards and equipment preferences, and we design plumbing systems with sustainability in mind while also implementing fire protection systems. We use 360-degree camera technology for building documentation and surveying, creating measurable images for BIM conversion.

Additionally, we provide general contracting and construction management services, prioritizing safe, quality construction and competitive pricing. We use Value Engineering to optimize project resources. Our offices are in the Pacific Northwest and Southeast, including Kent, WA; Spokane Valley, WA; Honolulu, HI; and New Orleans, LA. We have between 11-50 employees.
