As a Software Engineering Manager at Spreetail, you’ll lead a high-performing team delivering scalable, high-quality technology solutions that drive measurable business impact. You’ll balance people leadership, technical excellence, and innovation to deliver at scale.
How you will achieve success:
- Build and develop a high-performing India team.
- Deliver scalable data and integration systems.
- Lead modernization and observability initiatives.
- Partner with global peers for roadmap alignment.
- Drive AI-assisted development and innovation.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 7–10 years total experience; 2+ managing teams.
- Expertise in backend or data engineering (Python, AWS, SQL).
- Strong communication across global teams.
- A growth mindset and passion for mentorship.
- Cross-collaboration experience.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
