Product Design Lead

Superside is hiring a Product Design Lead to shape AI-powered product experiences that redefine how creative work gets done at enterprise scale. You’ll play a key role in designing Superspace, our AI-driven creative platform built to remove bottlenecks for marketing and creative teams.

Embedded within Tech, Product, and Design, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to design flexible, configurable experiences for enterprise customers. Reporting to the Design Director, this is a senior IC role where you’ll lead through design craft, strong product thinking, and close collaboration.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with Product to deeply understand users, business goals, and the product vision.
  • Lead design from 0 to 1, shaping AI-driven workflows and validating concepts quickly with stakeholders.
  • Translate validated ideas into high-quality UI aligned with Superside’s design system.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to design intuitive, enterprise-grade experiences.
  • Identify opportunities, form hypotheses, and collaborate on experiments to test and refine solutions.
  • Build and iterate on prototypes, including using AI tools to accelerate exploration.
  • Lead user interviews, usability testing, and workshops with customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performant.
  • Create and maintain clear design documentation to support alignment and execution.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 4+ years of experience designing enterprise-grade digital products.
  • Proven experience working on AI-powered products, workflows, or systems.
  • Strong product design craft, with high attention to detail and consistency.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process, from discovery through delivery.
  • Experience running experiments, defining success metrics, and iterating based on data.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort maintaining usable design documentation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, experiment-driven product teams.
  • Business-aware, data-informed, and self-directed problem solver.
