Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role focuses on producing engaging visual and multimedia content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working across static design, motion graphics, and video while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for web, blogs, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
Design and produce motion graphics and animations for social media and digital platforms.
Create, edit, and optimize videos for marketing campaigns, employer branding, and company-wide events.
Support marketing, sales, HR, and administrative teams with visually compelling multimedia deliverables.
Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into effective visual and multimedia outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels in alignment with established brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of content creation.
Stay up to date with design, motion, and video trends to continuously improve output and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia design, or a related role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive work ethic.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
