We were founded in 2015 as a software development company, offering a SaaS platform for event management. Our platform is designed to be simple, functional, and transparent, giving users a DIY approach to both in-person and virtual events. We help organize events, from registration and session scheduling to post-event data reports. We also help event marketers build custom event websites with embedded registration, marketing tools, and speaker resources.

Our platform handles registration, event websites, marketing, session and speaker management, sponsor management, mobile apps, onsite check-in, data insights, and integrations. It supports virtual and hybrid event functionalities. We cater to various event types, including field marketing events (like roadshows and dinners), conferences (for managing agendas and speaker submissions), internal events (team meetings, trainings, company retreats), and webinars. Over 35 million attendees globally have used our platform.

Our customer support is handled by a dedicated internal team, not outsourced. This team includes account managers, in-house support professionals, and customer success representatives, all trained on our platform. We also encourage our teams to define their own cultures through shared values, symbols, and stories.

We offer a 100% remote work environment. We also hold twice-yearly offsites and offer incentives like eligibility for the President’s Club. Our culture encourages ongoing team collaboration and communication, primarily through Slack.
