Marketing Executive – Promotions – FTC 12 Months/Secondment

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to play a key role in delivering high-impact promotional campaigns as part of our Commercial Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone creative, organised, and commercially aware, looking to build experience across both digital and offline channels.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and activating our largest monthly printed communication alongside supporting the delivery of integrated campaigns across email, web, and social. Working closely with merchandising and commercial teams, you’ll help bring promotions into action, gaining exposure to pricing strategy, product focus, and overall campaign performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating the delivery of our flagship monthly printed brochure (18k distribution), ensuring accuracy, timing, and impact
- Supporting the planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns across online and offline channels
- Working closely with Merchandising teams to align promotions with product priorities, pricing, and commercial objectives
- Creating engaging copy and content for email, digital, print, and social channels
- Maintaining and updating the communications plan
- Collaborating with internal teams (Category, Sales, Finance, Creative) and suppliers
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing regular reports, including competitor analysis
- Assisting the Contact Centre & Sales with customer queries related to promotions
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (online and offline)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and interest in pricing, promotions, and performance
- Confidence working with data to track and optimise campaign performance
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce is beneficial but not essential
