About the role:
We are seeking an ANZ Marketing Executive (ABX) to support the execution of account-based, field, and event marketing programs across priority accounts in the region.
This role works closely with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to drive engagement, pipeline contribution, and customer growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable executing programs that align to regional go-to-market priorities.
Key Responsibilities
ABX & Field Marketing Execution
Execute account-based and field marketing programs aligned to ANZ priorities
Support prioritization of key accounts based on pipeline and growth opportunities
Help activate coordinated programs across events, digital campaigns, and outbound efforts
Ensure execution aligns to regional goals, account plans, and global campaign direction
Sales & Stakeholder Alignment
Partner closely with Sales to support engagement across priority accounts
Support account-based programs aligned to sales priorities and pipeline goals
Help coordinate execution across internal teams and stakeholders
Maintain visibility into program activity, engagement, and next steps
Events & Customer Engagement
Support execution of customer events, roundtables, and regional activations across ANZ
Align targeting and outreach to priority accounts and in-market opportunities
Ensure strong coordination across pre-event, onsite, and follow-up efforts
Performance & Program Tracking
Track engagement, activity, and pipeline contribution across key accounts
Provide visibility into program performance and identify areas for improvement
Adjust execution based on feedback, sales input, and performance data
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, ABM/ABX, or demand generation
Experience supporting execution of marketing programs or events
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, CRM platforms, or 6sense is a plus
Willingness to travel to support events and field programs across ANZ
