As our PS Advertiser Tech Lead - AI Expert in the Tel Aviv office, you will be the driving force behind the adoption and development of AI-driven solutions within the professional services organization. You will translate high-level business problems into actionable AI projects, own the entire lifecycle from data collection and model development to deployment, and empower teams to leverage AI effectively. This role works closely with senior leadership, R&D, Product, and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and deliver client value at scale.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Full-stack AI/ML development experience, with hands-on work across the entire ML lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills: translating business challenges into clear AI solutions.
- Expertise in data collection, cleaning, and transformation, including unstructured data and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Python and ML/NLP frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience deploying models in production and managing ongoing performance (MLOps).
Bonus points if you have:
- Deep knowledge of Ad Tech: campaign management, ad formats, ad fraud, brand safety.
- Experience in client-facing AI projects or professional services.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead AI initiatives end-to-end: problem solving, data engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities across professional services teams.
Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions that improve efficiency and client value.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate AI solutions into products and internal tools.
Empower and mentor teams to adopt AI best practices and leverage AI solutions effectively.
- Continuously improve models, solutions, and processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and impact.
