We’re looking for a creative self-starter and driven marketing professional to join our Marketing Team in Tel Aviv as a Marketing Manager, Israel.

This full-time role is part of the Geo Marketing Organization and works closely with the regional sales leadership to develop the marketing strategy & plan for Israel, driving regional business growth and maximizing both immediate and long-term ROI.

In this role, you will play a key part in executing our marketing programs in Israel, designing high-impact initiatives and strategies that generate business opportunities and strengthen relationships with our existing partners.

You’ll bring a strong focus on detail and collaboration, leveraging data to optimize performance, measure success, and continuously improve marketing outcomes.

We’re looking for a Marketing Pro with a can-do attitude, exceptional collaboration, verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for learning.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Native Hebrew and Native / Fluent English
  • 4+ years of experience owning and leading marketing strategies in a B2B company(experience from the online media space - a plus)
  • Proven experience in event management
  • Deep understanding of both offline and online marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively
  • A creative, solution-oriented mindset, with the drive to take initiative and continuously improve
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well both independently with a high degree of autonomy and in a cooperative, diverse group

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and QlikSense is a plus

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy & plan for Israel to drive regional business growth and maximize ROI.
  • Manage Taboola’s event calendar in Israel, including exclusive C-Level events, product launches, and industry sponsorships (from planning and negotiation to registration and on-site management).
  • Design and execute initiatives to reduce churn and increase loyalty, including managing holiday gifting campaigns, executive milestone gifts, and ongoing merchandise management.
  • Plan and execute a diverse mix of online and offline programs such as educational webinars, seminars, breakfast meetings, and hands-on workshops.
  • Translate marketing activities into meaningful reports using Salesforce and QlikSense to enable informed decisions and resourcefully optimize the regional budget.
  • Drive PR and communication efforts in collaboration with our PR agency to drive brand awareness.
  • Support the Sales team with localized marketing collateral, case studies, and presentations for speaking engagements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Taboola’s product positioning, core advantage and unique offering in order to best represent the company to different kinds of external audiences.
