About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our new market growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting for various roles within the healthcare industry and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and securing candidates who meet our expanding needs. This is a contract position, perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote. Nashville-based candidates preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates’ skills, and evaluate their fit for TailorCare.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, candidates will be passed to HR Generalist for pre-boarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback - this is the top priority!
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a track record of successfully filling various roles
- Greenhouse experience is required
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively as a W9 contractor
- Familiarity with ATS, specifically Greenhouse, is preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships and achieve results through collaboration with others.
- Experience in startups, healthcare, and/or PEO is a plus
This is a W9 contract position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
