About the Role

The Senior Manager of B2C Marketing leads all patient-facing marketing strategy and execution across the enterprise. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, enrollment, and ongoing patient activation. You will oversee end-to-end campaign strategy, orchestration, and performance across digital, direct mail, SMS, email, social, web, and emerging channels.

This role requires deep experience in consumer healthcare marketing, including deploying automation, personalization, and AI-powered capabilities to improve channel efficiency, conversion, and lifecycle performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Shared Services, Product, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Sales—to deliver an integrated patient experience.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the enterprise B2C marketing strategy and roadmap, aligned to company growth and engagement goals.
  • Lead development of multi-channel patient acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Develop rigorous test-and-learn frameworks, segmentation strategies, and personalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations leaders to deliver seamless end-to-end patient journeys.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of digital, SMS, direct mail, landing page, email, social, and referral campaigns.
  • Partner with Shared Services for creative, brand, data/analytics, and marketing technology support.
  • Ensure effective measurement and performance management, providing insights & recommendations.

AI, Automation & Personalization

  • Build and refine automated lifecycle journeys and behavior-triggered nurture programs.
  • Use AI/ML tools and capabilities to enhance targeting, content generation, optimization, experimentation, and channel orchestration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Enterprise Marketing, Marketing Shared Services, B2B marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Compliance.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet regulatory, privacy, and brand compliance standards.

People Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of specialists and analysts; provide coaching and career development.
  • Foster a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a highly regulated environment.
  • Proven success in developing and scaling multi-channel consumer campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, segmentation, and AI-driven marketing workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to both strategize and execute.
