Job Description
The Business Readiness Manager will be working for Lifebroker and ensures technology and business change land well and deliver real value. This role focuses on making new systems and ways of working ready for use—supporting people through change so improvements are adopted smoothly and confidently. By bridging delivery teams and the Lifebroker business, the role helps turn investment into better experiences for advisers and customers. In doing so, it directly supports TAL’s purpose by enabling Lifebroker to operate simply, reliably and at scale—so more Australians can be protected when it matters most.
In this role you will:
- Lead the readiness and adoption of new systems and business changes across Lifebroker.
- Turn business requirements into clear, prioritised work that delivery teams can build and release.
- Act as the main link between Lifebroker stakeholders and technology teams to ensure changes meet real needs.
- Own Salesforce CRM business support, including issue triage, testing and release coordination.
- Plan and run user acceptance testing and ensure changes are ready for go‑live.
- Support the business with clear change communications, training and post‑release support.
- Improve business performance through better processes, controls and automated reporting aligned to TAL standards.
Qualifications
- Brings hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and an understanding of how systems support sales and service teams
- Translates business needs into clear, workable solutions using Agile ways of working
- Builds trusted relationships and communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Leads change with empathy and structure, helping people adapt to new systems and ways of working
- Thinks analytically and pragmatically, balancing detail with a focus on outcomes
- Brings curiosity and a continuous‑improvement mindset aligned to TAL’s purpose and values
