Job Description
The People Services Advisor role is responsible for delivering everyday excellence in supporting our People with queries, requests, P&C Platforms, processes, and policies. This role is also responsible for maintenance of accurate employee and system records, process changes relating to the employment lifecycle and improving the employee experience.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all People & Culture (P&C) related matters and queries.
- Provide support, guidance, and coaching to people leaders and employees on P&C policies, processes, platforms, and the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for new starters and ensure these are compliant in line with company policy.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Service Now - HR Service Delivery module and identify opportunities to enhance its use.
- Build expertise in the HRIS (Workday) and suggest improvements for seamless Employee Lifecycle processing.
- Maintain and update content within the P&C Knowledge Base (Ask P&C) to support People Services processes and self-service adoption.
- Contribute to risk management activities, including RCSA, control maintenance, and incident management.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in a Human Resource function
- Qualification in Human Resources or related discipline is preferable
- Knowledge of relevant HR legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and Service Now platforms
- Familiarity with standard concepts of HR and payroll data
- Experience in Financial Services Industry (desirable)
