- Lift engineering standards through strong review practices that improve quality, security and consistency.
- Partner with stakeholders to turn real customer and business needs into measurable outcomes.

- Bring Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including time in a senior role in production environments.
- Apply real-world Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience (including the FSC data model and relationship/household concepts).
- Build production-quality solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, with a strong focus on clean, testable code.
- Automate effectively with Salesforce Flows, choosing declarative options where they’re the best fit.
- Design reliable integrations between Salesforce and external systems using modern API and event-driven patterns.
- Hold at least two relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, FSC).
