Job Description
TAL’s Senior Identity Analyst helps protect what matters most by strengthening how our people access the systems and information they need—securely and seamlessly. Sitting within Cyber’s Identity & Access Management team, this role brings clarity to complex identity and privileged access challenges, working across Technology and with trusted partners to keep our controls resilient as the business evolves. It’s meaningful work with real impact: enabling safer, smoother experiences for colleagues and customers, and supporting TAL’s broader mission to build confidence and safeguard futures.
In this role you will:
- Lead the organisation-wide roll-out of IAM capabilities aligned to TAL’s cyber strategy.
- Strengthen TAL’s IAM roadmap to stay ahead of evolving threats and business change.
- Deliver secure privileged access outcomes through CyberArk and Microsoft PIM platforms.
- Integrate PAM services with identity sources and enterprise systems to enable seamless control.
- Embed security, compliance and architectural alignment through robust design assurance.
- Provide audit-ready evidence and reporting that demonstrates effective access controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years’ experience in IAM, Cybersecurity, or a related area, supporting and implementing identity capabilities.
- Hands-on capability with PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk and/or Microsoft PIM) to deliver secure privileged access.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta and/or SailPoint to support identity lifecycle and access governance.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical risks clearly in business terms.
- A practical, proactive mindset to solve problems and work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
